Dispute Resolution :

• Acts as an arbitrator, mediator and chairman of Appeal Committees and has been appointed as such by the State, the High Court of South Africa, sporting bodies and private sector entities
• Past Chair of the Final Appeal Committee of the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa and in that capacity heard and determined all advertising matters on appeal in South Africa
• Past South African representative and member of the ICC Court of International Commercial Arbitration, Paris until December 2005
• Former Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Association of South Africa
• Former director and a founder of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa
